Delete your Pomodoro account or data

This page explains how to request deletion of your Pomodoro account or app data. Pomodoro is provided by Rui Zhang.

Delete your account

Inside Pomodoro
Open Settings -> Security -> Delete account, then follow the confirmation steps.
By email
If you cannot access the app, email support@unriso.com with the subject "Pomodoro account deletion request". Include the email address used for your Pomodoro account. Additional verification may be requested to protect the account.

A verified deletion request is processed within 30 days. Account-linked data is removed from active systems first, and residual backup copies follow the retention details below.

Delete app data without deleting your account

You can remove app content without deleting your Pomodoro account. Open Pomodoro -> Settings -> Data -> Clear Data -> Confirm.

This can delete:

  • Local items, tasks, goals, habits, notes, journals, records, progress, history, timer, and completion data
  • Related local reminders and notification settings
  • User-created content stored in the app
  • Related cloud app content when sync is enabled and the deletion is propagated

If you cannot access the app, email support@unriso.com with the subject "Pomodoro app data deletion request" and specify which data you want removed.

What account deletion removes

  • The account profile and authentication record
  • Account-linked cloud sync profile and synced app content
  • Projects, habits, tasks, notes, goals, records, reminders, and related user-created content
  • Profile details such as nickname and avatar
  • AI or voice usage data associated with the account where deletion is technically and legally available

Data that may be retained

  • Deletion markers may remain for up to 30 days so that deletions propagate consistently across synced devices.
  • Encrypted backups may contain residual copies until the normal backup cycle removes them, normally within 30 days.
  • Purchase, subscription, tax, fraud-prevention, security, and legal records may be retained for the period required by applicable law or Google Play requirements.
  • We may retain aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be linked back to you.

Retention exceptions are limited to security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal requirements. Records are deleted or de-identified when they are no longer required.
